Appointment Booking & Cancellations

To ensure the efficient use of our specialist's time at the clinic, together with accommodating potential future bookings or patients who have been placed on a waiting list, we have established the following guidelines at the Ellie Yuen Physiotherapy clinic regarding online payment terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you will be subject to the below and feel free to call or send Ellie a message using our contact form or WhatsApp link if you have any further questions. Ellie would be happy to advise and attempt to find a solution to your issue.

1) At the time of booking, a £15 deposit is required.

2) If you provide us with a cancellation notice two days or more prior to your booking, a full refund will be issued.

3) No refunds will be given for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to the appointment date/time.

4) All refunds will be processed back to the original payment card or account used to make the booking.

5) If you choose to notify us of your cancellation via email, please ensure that you receive our confirmation of the cancellation. Alternatively, you can contact us through our website to confirm the cancellation of your appointment.

6) If you have any concerns about our services or wish to discuss a cancellation, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will make every effort to address the issue and find a resolution.
